FEC are undertaking the one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe. In a joint venture alongside Manchester City Council, the Northern Gateway will deliver circa 15,000 homes alongside new leisure and commercial spaces.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director you will accomplish the business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. You will be responsible for working alongside the sales team and agents with lead generations and assisting with the development and implementation of innovative policies and campaigns.


The duties of the Marketing Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieve marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans;
  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
  • Collate data and prepare marketing statistics on Data from various sources including Google Analytics and social platforms;
  • Create a photo library or a photographer’s brief were bespoke for imagery;
  • Co-ordinate photo shoots and interviews for press releases and case studies;
  • Develop and maintain the FEC/Development Brand;
  • Production of brochures and marketing material;
  • Assist with the setup of sales & marketing suites and show homes;
  • Support show home and marketing suite launches and events;
  • Manage the website, advertising & social media presence;
  • Provide regional market research to support land acquisition;
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of marketing events at Local/County shows;
  • Comply with Government guidelines on Property Mis-description Act, Consumer Code & Help to Buy etc.;
  • Ensure sales arena, signage and presentation is maintained to a high standard;
  • Liaise with external agencies and contractors in the delivery of marketing material & signage;
  • Assist Sales and Marketing Director and Sales Manager ensuring the marketing function is on track for achieving KPI’s;
  • Overseeing marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the strategy and adapt where necessary;
  • Assist with queries from clients/purchasers;
  • Make product knowledge readily available to other team members through various resources;
  • Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market; Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement;
  • Set up booths at trade/sales shows and demonstrate the quality or uses of a product;
  • Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet deadlines;
  • Collaborate with other teams and key employees in other departments to achieve important goals;
