FEC are undertaking the one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe. In a joint venture alongside Manchester City Council, the Northern Gateway will deliver circa 15,000 homes alongside new leisure and commercial spaces.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Sales Progressor you will manage the customer journey from Reservation through to Legal completion and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are kept up to date with build programs and expected move in dates.

Attend regular build progress meetings and sales meetings and update wider Sales and Marketing teams accordingly. Attending site with surveyors and assist with the compiling and creating of all handover documentation, working closely with the Customer Service Manager. Liaise with solicitors, surveyors and produce completion schedules. Build relationships with supply chain to create a one stop shop for the customers; removal companies, furniture providers, lettings agents etc..


The duties of the Sales Progressor include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage customer communications and expectations from Reservation to Legal Completion
  • Guide and assist customers with completing on their new home
  • Attend build program meetings and report back to wider Sales and Marketing and Customer Services departments
  • Work closely with Customer Services to create a seamless customer handover from Legal Completion
  • Management of keys and stock units
  • Coordinate move-ins with building management
  • Build network of trusted suppliers and partners to recommend to customers
  • Assist sales teams where needed during busy periods
  • Complete all additional sales administration, including: maintenance of sales trackers, collating sales reports and management of pricing / availability on development websites (if required)

Personal Specifications

It is essential that applicants have previous experience in New Build Completions / Property Sales Process
