FEC are undertaking the one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe. In a joint venture alongside Manchester City Council, the Northern Gateway will deliver circa 15,000 homes alongside new leisure and commercial spaces.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will accomplish the business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. You will be responsible for working alongside the sales team and agents with lead generations and assisting with the development and implementation of innovative policies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

The duties of the Marketing Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist Marketing Manager and Senior Sales Manager ensuring the marketing function is on track for achieving KPI’s
  • Collate data and prepare marketing statistics on data from various sources including Google Analytics and social platforms
  • Maintain the FEC and development brands;
  • Assist with the setup and launches of sales & marketing suites and show homes;
  • Ensure sales arena, signage and presentations are maintained to a high standard;
  • Liaise with external suppliers including creative and design agencies, printers and contractors in the design and delivery of all marketing collateral: sales brochures, CGIs, development models, websites & signage;
  • Obtaining and collating quotes for marketing expenditure, raising purchase orders and tracking expenditure;
  • Assist Marketing Manager with website, advertising & social media presence;
  • Creating assets for social media, website, internal communications in Adobe Photoshop / Canva;
  • Setting up and sending emails in Mailchimp / HubSpot ensuring best practice is adhered to, tracking responses and enquiries;
  • Create a photo library (or a photographer’s brief where bespoke) for imagery;
  • Collaborate with teams in other departments to achieve important goals and make product knowledge readily available to other team members through various resources;
  • Comply with Government guidelines on Property Mis-description Act, Consumer Code & Own New etc.
