Far East Consortium (FEC) has welcomed the first residents to its landmark development in Canary Wharf, Aspen at Consort Place.
Residents in the first phase of the building will now move into apartments from the 2nd to the 20th floors, which achieved practical completion in May, with further phased completions scheduled between now and November. To date, over 80% of the first phase apartments are sold and ready to move in.
